Chris O’Neal is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Managing Member of The O’Neal Group, He is responsible for the company’s overall vision, strategic direction, acquisitions, corporate development, financial oversight, and long-term growth strategy.

With extensive executive leadership experience in finance, operations, business transformation, and organizational leadership, Chris has led large-scale operational initiatives, implemented enterprise-wide process improvements, and built high-performing teams throughout his career.
As CEO, Chris focuses on identifying acquisition opportunities, creating scalable operating models, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable long-term value across The O’Neal Group’s portfolio of companies.

She works closely with leadership teams to evaluate investment opportunities, strengthen portfolio companies, and support sustainable growth.
With more than 30 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations and diagnostic imaging, Suzanne brings a proven track record of building high-performing teams, improving business performance, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Her passion for strategic growth and operational excellence helps position The O’Neal Group to build businesses that create lasting value for customers, employees, and the communities they serve.
